        Electronic products such as smartphones, iPADs, and laptops are everywhere nowadays in the world, and as electric vehicles are being released in large quantities in the next 10 years, electronic waste, including various batteries, is rapidly increasing. For environmental protection and resource recycling, iBextech specializes in developing and manufacturing electronic waste recovery facilities such as waste lithium batteries, lead batteries and other recycling system.


        Currently, we operate a U.S. headquarters, a Korean R&D center, and a Chinese factory, and maintain technological innovation and development relationships with famous universities in Korea and China to continuously develop more efficient and eco-friendly facilities.


Lithium battery recovery facility:

        We provide an eco-friendly facility with no wastewater and no dust/smoke/odor by using physical (dry) crushing, polishing, vibration, airflow separation, and magnetic separation of various (soft pack, cylindrical, square) lithium-ion (NCM, LPF, etc.) batteries and by installing purification facilities such as fountain tower, UV photolysis, and activated carbon adsorption box. Through the process, various materials such as black powder (positive and negative electrode materials), diaphragm paper, metal aluminum, copper, iron, and nickel are separated and recovered in environmental friendly process.


Lead battery recovery facility:

        We provide an eco-friendly facility with no waste water and air pollution by using the processes such as physical crushing, washing, dehydration, hydraulic separation, and filtration of various lead batteries (general sulfuric acid-lead, AGM, etc.). It is an environmental friendly facility that separates and recovers lead-containing materials, PP, and PE, and eliminates waste water through purification facilities such as acid neutralization of circulating water and filtration of impurities.
